Triathlete Takes Sizzler

         Rick LaChapelle, a triathlete usually, tested the pure running waters at the weekly Summer Sizzler and emerged with his first Sizzler victory in 29:57.  The East Longmeadow resident also was the first master as the over forty crown captured the top three spots. Kathy Colwell motored around the 8K course in a PR 32:53, followed by Harrier teammate Dawn Roberts in 34:29 and 1st junior Erin Nelson in 42:39.
