Ron Lombardi returns; Betsy Duquette again

               Its been several years since Harrier Ron Lombardi has raced in Forest Park or Western Mass for that matter but the former Palmer High standout is back in the area, and showed the Summer Sizzler crowd he can still run as he clocked 18:08 for the win.  And note who was in 2nd....none other the Brent Coon, dipping under twenty minutes in 19:48, showing signs of that speed which dominated the Western Mass roads not so long ago. John Philpott took third in 20:36.
               Betsy Duquette won her fourth women's title of the season and in the process lowered her own record for 46 year old women also for the fourth time, dropping it to 22:15.  Maureen Ashe took second in 25:24 with Danielle Laliberte third in 26:35.
