Carolyn Dekker and Paul Fratini two time winners this season.
Bill Carroll sets age record.
Paul Fratini and Carolyn Dekker looked comfortable striding out their second wins of the season. Not far behind Billy Carroll crusied to an impressive 18:57 good enough for 2nd overall.  It also lowers an age record as old as he is. (19:10  Jesse Regnier Dec 4th '99)
